C3771 is also known as forging brass and is the most suitable brass for hot forging.
It can easily forge complex shapes, and the internal structure consists of dense metal crystals. Since the forged structure is sufficiently broken down during the extrusion process, resulting in metal flow along the forged surface, its mechanical properties are exceptionally excellent, making it suitable for use in high-pressure valves, components requiring advanced mechanical properties, and rotor bars, among others.

Our brass rods are available from billet casting to hot extrusion processing, cold drawing, and component machining. We also accommodate small quantities of aluminum extrusions. We have many general-purpose molds that do not incur extrusion mold technology fees. - For brass, we primarily stock C3604 flat bars (FB, flat bars). We can also handle various tempers, including C3604BE-F and C3604BD-F, as well as annealed materials. - We specialize in producing shapes close to the final product. Please consider cost reduction. - For aluminum shapes, we have extrusion molds for materials such as A6063 in square, flat bars (FB, flat bars), angles, channels, round pipes, and square pipes (square tubes), as well as various sizes of extrusion dies for material A1070 flat bars, allowing us to manufacture with just material procurement. For the use of molds with other materials like A6005C, please inquire individually.
