A station suitable for soldering that requires high productivity.
The "ALE" is an automatic solder dispensing station equipped with the JBC high-performance soldering system. It comes with a GALE10V for supplying solder wire with a diameter of 1mm, and additionally, by using the corresponding solder wire guide kits available as options, it can accommodate solder wires ranging from 0.4mm to 1.8mm in diameter. The solder wire features a perforated design that enhances the flow of flux and gas release, allowing for the avoidance of protrusions and foreign objects (FOD). 【Features】 ■ The ALE250 automatic solder feeding iron is compatible with the C250 cartridge series. ■ It can use solder reels of up to 2kg. ■ Three operating modes: continuous mode where wire feed speed and length can be set, non-continuous mode, and program mode. ■ Connectivity: remote control for data download, traceability, and software updates. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
