Introduction of a case where the lack of a communication system during disasters was resolved with a multi-device compatible safety confirmation app and business chat.
We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of a safety confirmation app for Company A. In the past, the only means of emergency contact were work mobile phones and home phones. Additionally, not all employees were provided with work mobile phones. There was a desire to avoid the time-consuming process of aggregating safety confirmation results during emergencies.
