The HDEK High Power Rework Station is designed to reduce soldering time for applications that require a large amount of heat. Examples of applications include soldering coaxial cable shields for communication antennas, soldering large copper conductors for medical imaging scanners, battery terminals, and large capacitors. It comes with two HDE control units, the most powerful soldering units from JBC, and the HT470 HD thermal tweezers that use the C470 cartridge series. Thanks to JBC's unique heating system, it achieves the highest soldering quality, and additionally, the sleep & standby mode enhances the durability of the soldering tips. It also allows for direct connection to the JBC fume extractor.
