We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of a "count conveyor" at a confectionery factory. In this factory, they were packaging small bags of three into pillow packs, but they received complaints about incorrect counts that could not be resolved with simple adjustments. They consulted us to see if there was a solution. As a result of the implementation, the machine counts the items, eliminating counting errors. The three bags flow together, allowing for more space between supplies and providing a smoother operation.
