【Crushing】 Crushing from mill orders to single microns and jet crushing under controlled atmospheres is possible. A variety of crushed and deagglomerated products can be obtained. 【Classification】 Due to the absence of moving parts in the equipment, products with less particle burden and distortion can be obtained, and classification down to the minimum nanometer is also possible. 【Surface Modification】 The surfaces of micron-sized particles can be modified to achieve uniform spheronization, film formation, immobilization treatments of thermoplastic microparticles, and hydrophilic treatment products.
