We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of a "shrink packaging perforating device" at a printing company. The company tried to incorporate perforation processing "before shrink packaging," but when passing through the shrink tunnel, the heat shrinkage caused the perforations to widen and tear. Our perforating device operates on the principle of "adding perforations after shrink packaging," which caught their attention and led to their request. However, a new issue arose with the standard machine, as it left slight perforation marks on the corners of the products, which was undesirable.
