We would like to introduce a case study where Company M, engaged in the manufacturing and sales of noodles, reviewed their dry noodle packaging line. In this company, a special wide conveyor (belt width 1500 mm) was used in the discharge conveyor section due to the line configuration. As a result, the cost of replacing the belt was high due to the special width belt, and there were issues with alignment during the transportation of the dry noodles, leading to troubles such as blockages on the conveyor.
