We would like to introduce a case where we provided moisture control proposals to a Western confectionery manufacturer. In the past, the company received market complaints regarding "moisture" during long-term storage of their Langue de Chat products when using other companies' films. They wanted to show the contents as a design condition, which led to a consultation based on a transparent film structure. As a result, we conducted accelerated tests in an environment of 90% humidity and 40°C using prototypes, and in one design, we observed a clear difference in texture compared to others in the sensitivity tests. By adopting this special film, the products maintained a "crispy texture" until just before the expiration date after being distributed at room temperature for 45 days.
