A lineup specialized in ultrasonic device testing that allows for inspection and analysis of ultrasonic devices with high precision and reliability.
TRZ Analyzer: A dedicated testing device for the maintenance, manufacturing, and quality control of power ultrasonic transducers, converters, boosters, horns, and acoustic stacks. This device determines the frequency, impedance, and mechanical quality factor of the test subject. It facilitates the tuning process, applies pass criteria, generates test reports, and includes software for saving/comparing results. Sonic Sniffer (Non-contact Frequency Meter): Establishes the operational frequency baseline of ultrasonic devices and detects frequency shifts that indicate when preventive maintenance is needed. Piezo Clamping: A new device that standardizes the prestress of piezoelectric ceramics and prevents damage to converters and ultrasonic transducers. Simply input the ceramic parameters and tighten the transducer until the desired prestress is achieved. Unlike tightening torque, prestress is a known value that depends only on the type of ceramic. Sonelastic HZ: Can measure the Young's modulus, shear modulus, Poisson's ratio, and damping of metal alloys used in the manufacturing of ultrasonic horns and components.

basic information
TRZ Analyzer: Determines the resonant frequency, anti-resonant frequency, and impedance of the test device. TRZ Software: Simplifies the process, calculates the mechanical quality factor, and determines the BVD equivalent circuit. The software also applies pass criteria, generates test reports, and saves and compares results. SonicSniffer (non-contact frequency meter): Measures frequency based on ultrasonic waves emitted from the horn. It is placed near the horn in the production area, and results are read from the display screen (the device operates in continuous or intermittent mode). Piezo Clamping: Simply input the parameters of the ceramic and tighten the bolts of the transducer until the target prestress is reached. Sonelastic HZ: Sonelastic software, acoustic sensor, sample support, and manual impulse device. When subjected to a light mechanical impact, the sample emits a characteristic sound related to its dimensions, mass, and elastic properties. The frequency and decay rate of this sound allow for the determination of dynamic elastic modulus and damping.
