**Features of Our Occupational Health Business** 1. Support for Implementing Risk Assessment In autonomous management, we identify the hazards or harmfulness of chemical substances through risk assessment, estimating and evaluating risks using simple risk assessment tools (e.g., Create Simple). Moreover, risk assessment is not a one-time process; it requires regular reviews to maintain a safe working environment. Therefore, it is necessary to investigate at appropriate intervals whether the activities of the workplace align with the contents of the risk assessment and to confirm that there are no changes in the risks associated with hazards or harmfulness. Our company will support the implementation and maintenance of risk assessments led by occupational health consultants. 2. Verification Testing (Personal Exposure Measurement) If the risk assessment results indicate a high risk, we will also conduct personal exposure measurements for verification. Our company has established AOG, a collaboration with three occupational environment measurement organizations, to create a measurement and evaluation system for 67 substances.
