basic information
<Webinar Content> OTRS is a work analysis software based on industrial engineering. By supporting work analysis using videos, it visualizes the waste, unevenness, and overburden in movements, promoting "standardization of on-site work" and "education and knowledge transfer." Additionally, it enables work analysis, waste elimination, and motion simulation without requiring specialized knowledge in TPS (Toyota Production System) or IE (Industrial Engineering). The software features dual functions: a business improvement function that measures time from worker videos and analyzes work distribution and procedures, and a function that allows for easy creation of video manuals. It derives work standards from videos and transfers the know-how and skills of veteran workers. The function that compares work through videos, which is difficult to convey through paper or text, is well-received. The webinar will include demonstrations of these aspects, so please join us.
