We are developing the "Bridge Zero Movement" aimed at suppressing the occurrence of solder bridges and further improving product quality and productivity. Additionally, since 2009, we have initiated the "Business Manual Project" aimed at standardizing the work processes of all departments within the company to achieve quality that satisfies our customers. ★Bridge Zero Movement★ We compile data on solder bridges found in devices with a narrow pitch of 0.65mm or less during inspections after reflow. The reported bridges are investigated for their causes within the process, and measures are taken to prevent recurrence. ★Business Manual Project★ We visualize work procedures to check for any waste, inconsistency, or irregularity, and standardize them in the most efficient manner. The goal is to prevent variations in work quality due to workers' experiences and to consistently maintain a high level of quality. ★Regular Calibration of Measuring Instruments★ Maintenance of manufacturing equipment is carried out every weekend. All employees are engaged in organizing and tidying up the manufacturing environment on a daily basis.
