Sartoflow SP (SP: Single Pass) is a bench-top tangential flow filtration (TFF) system. When combined with the newly developed Sartocon SP cassette, it efficiently performs dialysis filtration of biomolecular solutions in a continuous single-pass process. It fully controls the flow rate, pressure, and conductivity of the feed line, buffer line, and circulation line, enabling rapid development, optimization, and consistent continuous performance of the process. This allows for the continuous execution of process stages, such as buffer exchange between chromatography steps, in a single pass.
