We would like to introduce a case study of Sato Construction Industry Co., Ltd., whose main business involves the design and construction of transmission lines and base stations across the country, supporting infrastructure. The company has decided to engage in SDGs as part of its medium-term management plan, and they were looking for topics and schemes that could be included in their existing compliance training. They felt that the participatory format, where employees gather and engage, was unique, and thus introduced the "Action Partner Note" for use in workshops.
