Irregular parts made of iron and stainless steel! 100% in-house production of molds to accommodate short delivery times.
Our company designs and manufactures highly important components used in various fields of Japanese manufacturing through a method called "hot forging." We conduct 100% in-house mold design and production, which is essential for precision forging, and we also accommodate machining, difficult-to-cut materials processing, and complex processing. Based on our experience, we respond to customer requests regarding product design, shapes, and cost reduction with tailored proposals. For hot forging of special steel, stainless steel, and small complex shapes, please leave it to us. 【Features】 ■ A method that involves heating metal in a furnace until it is red hot and soft, then shaping it by hammering. ■ Achieves high strength through metal forging. ■ Low resistance to deformation, allowing for complex shapes. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Mineyama Iron Works Co., Ltd. has been contributing to society since its establishment in 1948, inheriting the forging techniques cultivated by our predecessors in the Tango region. In particular, we have been involved in the precision forging of small, complex hot-forged products, such as industrial machine parts and automotive engine components, since our founding. To ensure stable product accuracy, reduce processing steps through corner and round hole punching, and stabilize automation in processing, we have incorporated cold forming after hot forging, enabling the production of high-precision, high-quality forged products. All mold design and manufacturing, which are essential for precision forging, are carried out in-house, allowing us to respond swiftly to customer requests and our proposals, while continuously working towards improving mold lifespan, which is crucial for cost reduction. Additionally, in collaboration with our group (Mineyama Seiki), we are actively expanding into the field from forging to completed processing. With our unique "Mine Tetsu" technology, we aim to make each individual a protagonist in realizing dreams, focusing on the world and continuing to produce excellent products.
