Based on the reliability test data of micro lenses, we have introduced a coupled analysis of nonlinear structure, heat transfer, and diffusion, and conducted temperature and humidity profile simulations. We model the nonlinear structural deformation, heat transfer, and diffusion based on reliability tests, analyzing the deformation and stress state of micro lenses under different temperature and humidity conditions, including time-dependent creep. The results obtained provide a concrete approach to understanding the mechanisms of lens deformation due to temperature and humidity effects and to designing suitable fitting structures.
