Voltage withstand testing of insulating protective equipment and insulating gear, conducted every six months in accordance with the provisions of the Labor Safety and Health Act. The "IK Series (DJ Model)" is compatible with four types: electric safety helmets, electric insulating gloves, electric rubber boots, and discon rods, allowing for self-testing in compliance with standards such as JIS T 8010, without the need for special qualifications, anytime and anywhere. The testing time is 3 minutes for insulating protective equipment and 5 minutes for operating insulating rods. There is no need to prepare substitutes during the testing. Additionally, it can also be used for self-inspection of high-voltage testers.

Lightweight design with easy mobility and setup, equipped with casters. Safety design that does not output high voltage when the door of the test tank is opened. *Testing in the test tank requires only insulating protective gear. *The tank fixture can handle up to AC 10kV. Testing of the dielectric rod can be performed using the included 6m cable. Testing can be conducted away from the main unit using the remote control box. Maximum voltage of AC 20kV and leakage detection current of 10mA, ideal for testing the dielectric rod. *During testing, high voltage is exposed, so please implement safety measures (such as enclosures) to avoid direct contact with the electrodes. Equipped with testing functions and test tank compliant with JIS T 8131 testing standards. Calibration test reports traceable to national standards can be issued. Also usable for self-inspection of high voltage testers.
