We would like to introduce examples of coil performance and process improvement using servo and electronic tension. In this improvement project, the hollow coils for motors and actuators required ultra-precise aligned winding and high tension adjustment for the outer diameter specifications. By using servo tension and electronic tension that can be controlled with high precision, we were able to apply the internal standard limit tension and meet the customer's performance requirements.
