More than 35 types of sensor cartridges Midas can detect over 35 types of gases by replacing the sensor cartridge. If you want to change the detected gas, simply replace the sensor cartridge. The Midas unit automatically adjusts alarm settings and other configurations, so there is no need for the customer to change internal settings.

No on-site adjustment required with the calibrated sensor cartridge. Midas sensor cartridges are shipped pre-calibrated. As a result, gas adjustment after sensor replacement, which was necessary with conventional gas detectors, is no longer required. This allows for easy and quick sensor replacement, leading to reduced running costs. *In addition to gas adjustment, we also offer alarm confirmation services for a fee. Regular alarm checks are recommended for more reliable safety management.

It is possible to check and control concentrations using the network. Each Midas has its own unique IP address set up, allowing for communication over the network. By connecting Midas with a LAN cable, you can access Midas from computers or tablet devices via the company LAN or the internet. You can check the set values of Midas from external sources, view internal settings, adjust devices, and conduct various simulation tests. This enables advanced safety management to be achieved easily and at low cost. Powered by Power over Ethernet (PoE) In addition to a 24V power supply, Midas can also be powered through the LAN cable via Power over Ethernet (PoE). This allows for the consolidation of power lines, which can often become complicated, with the aforementioned network communication lines, resulting in a neat wiring layout.

Gas detection control unit linked with the Gas Buster controller. By linking the gas concentration display alarm with the Gas Buster signal unit, it is possible to simultaneously check gas detectors located in multiple hazardous areas. Additionally, if the gas detector is indoors, the gas concentration can be checked from a safe location that is not a hazardous area, allowing for the establishment of a high-level safety management system.
