We would like to introduce our "Bottle Supply Robot BFR Series." By having the robot compensate for parts that traditionally require replacement, we eliminate the need for interchangeable parts (however, container verification is necessary) and achieve space-saving solutions. This is also expected to help alleviate labor shortages. Containers enter the rotary feeder from the supply section and are aligned. The aligned containers are oriented using a camera, then picked up and inverted by the robot hand, and supplied onto the conveyor.
