A nylon material suitable for mass production with excellent rigidity!
This is a nylon material called HP 3D High Reusability PA 12, which is excellent in rigidity and suitable for mass production, made with the HP Jet Fusion 4200. Compared to SLS, the MJF method produces objects without anisotropy, offering high strength and dimensional accuracy, making it usable from prototypes to final products. It also features chemical resistance to oils, greases, aliphatic hydrocarbons, and bases. It is built with a layer pitch of 0.08mm, allowing for text representation as well.
