Pure Water and WFI Manufacturing Process: Packo's Various Centrifugal Pumps Packo's centrifugal pumps are available for applications ranging from potable water to pumps for CIP water, PUW, and WFI production. In particular, we offer specifications that consider EMA/FDA guidelines, including mechanical seals designed for gas-liquid separation and dry operation during high-temperature pure water transport. Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient Manufacturing (Separation and Purification) Process We provide a lineup that accommodates both single-use and multi-use applications, all designed with consideration for EMA/FDA guidelines. For multi-use applications, we offer Packo's rotary pumps, while for single-use, we provide Jabsco's electric diaphragm pumps. Liquid Adjustment Process: Packo PRP2 and PHP2 These centrifugal pumps are designed for active pharmaceutical ingredient transport (up to 1000 cp) and WFI transport. We also offer specifications that consider EMA/FDA guidelines, including mechanical seals for gas-liquid separation and dry operation during high-temperature pure water transport. The PRP2 can handle up to 10 cp with a gas-liquid separation mechanism, while the PHP2 can handle up to 1000 cp with a drain feature.
