Team building and partnership strategies among different industries aimed at receiving orders for urban parks and community centers.
Our company will hold a seminar on "Latest Trends in Public-Private Partnership for Public Spaces: Park-PFI." Parks have primarily been developed and managed by local governments based on the Urban Park Law. However, since the legal revision in 2017, there has been a proactive introduction of public-private partnerships (Park-PFI), accelerating the entry of private companies into park development and management. In this seminar, a management consultant with experience at the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism will discuss not only the fundamentals and latest project trends of public-private partnership systems in public spaces such as urban parks, community centers, and libraries, but also delve into team building across different industries and the park concepts that will be necessary in the future.
