The PSA method produces high-concentration oxygen gas, and by applying high voltage to the generated oxygen gas using an ozonizer, ozone gas is efficiently manufactured. The produced ozone gas is released for a certain period, and through repeated oxidation and sterilization, bacteria and fungi that are suspended in or adhere to the air are gradually reduced. Using adsorbents (synthetic zeolites) that take advantage of the differences in adsorption characteristics between nitrogen and oxygen, we produce high-concentration oxygen gas through the PSA method.
