We will introduce a case where significant cost reduction was achieved by converting machined products into pressed products!

We would like to introduce a case study where we achieved significant cost reduction. The parts we handle were originally manufactured through cutting processes, but the unit cost of the parts was very high, making cost reduction a long-standing challenge. Therefore, by utilizing our pressing technology for drawing and bar turning processes, along with finishing processes using a tabletop lathe, we were able to achieve press manufacturing and significantly reduce costs.
