We would like to introduce a case study of problem-solving that achieved improved production efficiency at our company. The work of "single-function press 5 processes + spot welding" was automated using an integrated automatic machine, while the work of "single-function press 1 process" was automated by combining a parts feeder with an industrial robot. Additionally, "cutting processing 7 processes" was also automated by combining a parts feeder with an NC cutting machine.
