We would like to introduce a case study of our "material substitution proposal." In response to a customer's request to "manage the plate thickness tolerance within 0.02," we proposed precision rolling processing. We were able to achieve the desired tolerance. Additionally, for a customer who had issues with material workability and was seeking improvement measures, we proposed a material change to SUS304CSP-3/4H. We conducted an analysis and evaluation together with the customer, successfully resolving quality issues and improving mold durability.
