The PIC32CZ CA is the latest 32-bit MCU to join Microchip's PIC32 and SAM families, supporting high-performance and multifunctional product development.

The PIC32CZ CA family includes the PIC32CZ CA90 with a built-in HSM and the PIC32CZ CA80 without it. The CA90 offers advanced security, with the HSM functioning as an independent MCU to perform secure boot, key storage, encryption, and random number generation. Additionally, the CA90 supports factory provisioning and provides provisioned devices. Microchip's Trust Platform development suite enables a secure supply chain. The PIC32CZ CA MCU supports a variety of connectivity options including USART/UART, I2C, SPI, CAN FD, USB, and Gigabit Ethernet, with Ethernet options including AVB and PTP. It features built-in memory with 2, 4, or 8 MB of flash memory and 1 MB of SRAM, along with ECC memory for data corruption detection and correction.
