We would like to introduce a case study on the implementation of a uniform rental system at the popular bakery and café "Sunny Side." Due to the need for hygiene in the kitchen uniforms, this system was introduced. The kitchen with an oven tends to be hot, and we were looking for comfortable fabric for chef coats that would be suitable for both summer and winter. As a result, both long-sleeve and short-sleeve chef coats were adopted, allowing the wearers to choose.
