A circuit model specially adjusted to faithfully mimic the hysteresis effect has been developed!
We would like to introduce our "Simulation Model of Perovskite Solar Cells" that we handle. We have developed an equivalent circuit model that is specially adjusted to faithfully mimic the hysteresis effect observed in Perovskite Solar Cells (PSC). This is a robust model that employs a combination of Si photodiode components, capacitors, and resistors. 【General Parameters of the PSC Model (PCM-201VK) (Partial)】 ■ Effective Area: 0.0162 cm² ■ Illumination: 1 SUN (AM 1.5 simulated sunlight) ■ Scan Start Voltage: 1100 mV ■ Scan End Voltage: -50 mV ■ Scan Step Size: 30 mV ■ Hold Time: 50 ms *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

I established this research institute with the aim of commercializing the chemical film formation technology I developed while working at the university. Along with the fabrication of related devices, I aim to develop a new dye-sensitized solar cell system that utilizes various films produced by this technology, contributing to energy supply and environmental conservation. I intend for all products to achieve the highest standards in the world.
