The "OS-A" is a fiber separation and resin density separation machine that processes materials consisting of composite materials with differing specific gravities, such as resin and fibers, by quantitatively supplying them, disintegrating the fibers, and separating the resin based on density. The supply amount can be adjusted by the rotation speed of the feed roller, and during supply, the materials are crushed with a garnet wire roll while separating fine particle resin and fibers. In the next stage, the beater roller disintegrates the fibers, allowing for a continuous supply of fibers in a loosened state. Additionally, the storage state is managed by sensors, preventing defective products caused by insufficient supply.
