This is a soft-seal shut-off valve that can be piped using EF joints, made from earthquake-resistant polyethylene pipes joined without bolts. The main body of the shut-off valve is based on Excel Pro, which conforms to JWWA B120, and features a "stem lock function" to prevent valve damage due to over-torque. 【Features】 - The polyethylene pipe and soft-seal shut-off valve are securely joined using a sleeve. It has the strength to withstand a disengagement force that exceeds the breaking strength of the polyethylene pipe. - Piping connections can be made with the reliable EF joint, which has a wealth of proven results. - The structure eliminates the flange on the valve rod, and instead, a thrust collar is provided to prevent damage from over-tightening of the cap, incorporating the stem lock function. If excessive torque occurs, the friction resistance of the thrust collar stops the rotation of the valve rod, preventing damage to the valve rod and the screw thread. - The slim design and sharp-edged rubber valve seat provide high sealing performance. - By eliminating flanges for the tightening of the valve box and lid, it has become lighter than conventional products, improving portability and workability.
