The manual scanning continuous plate thickness measurement device 'UDP-M1' is developed to confirm the thickness variation along the same line where material reduction is anticipated. It is effective for inspecting corrosion on the backside of piping (including elbows) and flat plates. Previously, thickness measurements were taken at points, but now linear measurements can be easily performed. Additionally, we also offer the 'UDP-M2', which allows for understanding the state of material reduction over a surface and enables visual judgment through color mapping. 【Features of UDP-M1】 ■ It is possible to identify the location of material reduction using an encoder. ■ Four magnetic wheels securely adhere to the inspection object, allowing for manual scanning. ■ The contact medium can be automatically supplied with water by a pump, enabling stable measurements. ■ The measurement pitch is as small as 1mm, improving the detection rate of reduced thickness areas. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
