Calculate the maximum non-seizing load (LNL) and the fusion load (WL), then compute the load wear index (LWI) for evaluation!
We conduct tests to measure the load-carrying capacity of lubricants. Four steel balls are stacked in a pyramid shape, and a sample is placed in a container. The upper ball is rotated under specified conditions. The four balls and the sample are changed for each test, and the process is repeated until welding occurs. The maximum non-seizure load (LNL) and the welding load (WL) are determined, and the load wear index (LWI) is calculated and evaluated. 【Test Details】 ■ Item Number: L390 ■ Required Amount: 500ml ■ Standard Number: ASTM D2783 ■ Target Oil Types: Machine oil, engine oil, automotive gear oil, industrial gear oil *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
