Case 1: Improving Work Efficiency Among Workers Separated by Equipment in the Factory In the manufacturing process of automotive interior sheets, communication between the product adjuster and the final inspection person. [Before Implementation] They used gestures and signals to communicate when necessary, but because they were positioned on opposite sides of large equipment, there were times when the other person did not notice, requiring them to leave their stations and rush over. [After Implementation] With a team of five using intercoms, information sharing became possible, eliminating the need to leave their stations. The goal is to communicate in a timely manner and minimize production losses.

Case 2: Improving Work Efficiency in Noisy Environments Communication among workers (approximately 5 to 20 people) in noisy environments on work vessels and during port operations. [Before Implementation] Workers had to go to the other person's location and shout directly into their ear for conversation. They also pressed a walkie-talkie to their ear to communicate, but this required stopping their work to operate the walkie-talkie. [After Implementation] By using a mesh conversion adapter and bone conduction earphones, workers can now wear earplugs and communicate without stopping their work, even in noisy environments.
