We would like to introduce the reasons why our company is chosen. While our roots are in NC lathe processing, the essence of our operations is significantly different from the typical image of a machine shop. This includes deformation prediction using CAE, process design with 3D CAD (essential for ultra-thin materials), and formalization in determining chuck pressure. Additionally, we have achieved quality assurance through laser trackers that enable on-machine measurement, aiming to break away from the reliance on intuition and experience typical of general small factories. As a result, we have gained the trust of many customers.
