It can be used with a variety of samples, including metals and biological materials, and is effective in countering drift during long observation periods. The use of a colorless and transparent laser light at 850nm prevents reflections of the laser light during observation. It is installed using an adapter tailored to the microscope model. It can be integrated not only with microscopes but also with custom observation systems that have been independently created.
