We would like to introduce a case where we manufactured sanitary filter baskets (sanitary tank components) for a beverage factory. A wire mesh is attached to the entire surface of a stainless steel frame, serving the purpose of removing tea leaves and other particles. Due to the need for this filter basket to fit inside the tank, it is essential that the basket and wire mesh are assembled without any gaps, requiring a dimensional accuracy of approximately ±1mm.
