We would like to introduce a case where we manufactured a sanitary filter basket (made of stainless steel) for a beverage factory. Handles and other features have been provided to facilitate easy removal from the sanitary tank, and the wire mesh attached to the frame serves the purpose of removing pulp and other materials. Since the filter basket needs to fit inside the tank, it is essential that the basket and wire mesh are assembled without any gaps, requiring dimensional accuracy of approximately ±1mm.
