We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of the AI electronic form "Mirai no Genba" at Iwasaki Co., Ltd. The company prints and issues over 100 paper forms (such as inspection reports) daily to accommodate small-lot, diverse production orders, and has introduced this product to eliminate a large volume of paper forms. After the implementation, the number of printed paper forms, which was about 50 to 100 per day, has nearly disappeared, and the staff preparing manufacturing instructions have reported a reduction of about one hour in their daily work time.
