The Zynq (AMD) features a state-of-the-art large-scale FPGA in a 60mm size SOM and a carrier board. With the compact 60x60mm SoM, edge AI and IoT can be easily realized. It implements the Zynq Ultrascale+ MPSoC (ARM Cortex-A53 Quad Core) and LPDDR4. By combining it with the carrier board, system construction can be easily achieved. It is suitable for image processing, AI edge processing, and IoT, with video output via Display Port, camera input via USB 3.0, and data transfer via Wi-Fi, as well as transferring edge processing results via Gigabit Ethernet. It is active in a wide range of fields, including communications, industry, and edge AI processing. The SOM can also be implemented on the user's motherboard and is available for mass production.
