Visual inspection of the top and bottom surfaces is possible. ◎ Porous Roller… By blowing air from inside the porous roller, sheets and films are slightly lifted, allowing for transmission light-type AOI using the built-in lighting. ◎ Bulk & Alignment Supply Device… Disperses stacked tiny parts into a single layer for easier pickup with nozzles, etc. It is also possible to send the dispersed workpieces to a linear feeder for aligned supply.
