Non-contact detection of the liquid level inside the container from the outside of the resin container.
The PL240 series is a sensor designed to determine whether a water-soluble liquid remains sufficiently within a resin container. It can be installed directly on the container or on the device side. The liquid inside the container may sometimes produce bubbles, but the PL240 effectively ignores the bubbles by learning the characteristics of the liquid. This also applies to liquids with high viscosity that tend to remain on the walls.
