As a result of joint research with Osaka Prefecture University, we have successfully generated "alkaline electrolyzed water," a cleaning water that does not use any chemical agents such as surfactants. Our alkaline electrolyzed water has a pH of 13.1, making it highly alkaline and effective at breaking down oils, allowing it to be used in various situations as a substitute for conventional synthetic detergents. Since it does not contain surfactants, it does not produce foam and does not require a second wipe, which shortens cleaning time, and it can be diluted 5 to 10 times for economical use. Additionally, we also handle "mild acidic electrolyzed water," applying the electrolysis technology developed through our research on alkaline electrolyzed water. Although its components are water, it possesses strong antibacterial and deodorizing properties, making it safer than conventional alcohol or sodium hypochlorite.
