High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) column for oligonucleotide analysis
The OligoSep Cartridge manufactured by ADS Biotec (formerly Transgenomic) is a column for oligonucleotide analysis using ion-pair reverse phase HPLC. The packing material consists of non-porous beads made of alkylated polystyrene-divinylbenzene. Due to the non-porous nature of the beads, it allows for higher precision purification. It can be used not only for quality control of oligonucleotides but also for high-precision analysis of both single-stranded and double-stranded DNA. It is compatible with various types of high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) systems. By using buffers manufactured by ADS Biotec as the mobile phase, high-precision separation can be achieved. Additionally, by following the procedures outlined in the instruction manual to wash the column with 75% acetonitrile, the column can be reused multiple times.

Column: NUC-99-3550 Mobile phase: TEAA Buffer A, Buffer B Flow rate: 0.9 mL/min Temperature: 80℃ Injection volume: 5μL By performing the analysis with a gradient of TEAA Buffer A and Buffer B, we were able to detect 20mers and 21mers, respectively.
