Introducing a multi-axis machining center that integrates multiple functions into a conventional multi-axis structure!
The "SV-90" is a 4-head, 5-axis machining center that adopts BT30, allowing for a reduction in setup time compared to conventional collet systems. It secures a total of 21 types of tools, with 20 in the magazine and 1 on the spindle. Various machining operations can be performed in a single setup, and with the use of a synchronous tap, it is also capable of processing screw holes. The main machining targets include impellers, iron, non-ferrous metals in general, external cam groove machining for zoom lens barrels, and internal cam groove machining for zoom lens barrels. 【Specifications (excerpt)】 ■ Control device: Model FANUC Series 0i-MF ■ Number of controlled axes: 5 ■ Number of simultaneously controlled axes: 4 (5) ■ Machine dimensions (Width/Depth/Height): 2,100/2,600/2,350 mm ■ Machine weight: 6,500 kg *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
