ISO 9001 Certification Obtained
In 2005, we obtained ISO 9001 certification. Currently, based on ISO 9001:2015, we are implementing management methods for ISO 9001, including traceability from material lot management to inspection and shipping, management of measurement instrument validity periods and calibration, work standards, quality control process diagrams, and attachment of inspection reports. We are committed to continuous improvement to create a corporate structure that provides our customers with peace of mind and satisfaction. [We have over 50 years of experience in the machining of solenoid valves and valve components.] - Our core technology is precision cutting, and we have a wealth of production experience in components such as seat parts, needles, plungers, movable cores, and fixed cores for solenoid valves and valve components. In addition to cutting processing, we can also provide consistent production up to semi-assembly, including press-fitting, riveting, silver brazing using high frequency, and argon welding. We can manage fitting dimensions and consolidate processes. Our products cover a wide range, including automotive, low-voltage and home appliance parts, sensor components, and medical devices. Company information
We are engaged in the machining and assembly (high-frequency brazing, TIG welding, press fitting, and riveting) of electromagnetic valve parts, automotive parts, and electronic components in Ninomiya Town, Nakagun, Kanagawa Prefecture. We possess bar processing machines with a maximum processing diameter of up to Φ50, fixed-spindle automatic lathes, sliding-spindle automatic lathes (Swiss type), and chucker machines (finishing machines), allowing us to handle high-rigidity machining as well as small-diameter and long-length products, including finishing (secondary processing and additional work). Our NC lathe complex machining, primarily using stainless steel and brass, has received high satisfaction for its precision and quality. (ISO 9001 certified)
