This document introduces a case study that addresses the challenges of machining automotive parts. The background of the request was that the machining time was long due to the machining process, leading to increased costs. To address this, we implemented an index type of machining that rotates the fixture base, allowing for all machining to be done in one chucking. This resulted in a reduction of time for workpiece loading and unloading.
