A three-dimensional ultrasonic anemometer capable of providing comprehensive data that significantly improves the quality of wind direction and speed measurements.
- In addition to wind direction and speed, measurements of coordinate components U-V-W and instantaneous wind speed are also provided. The built-in heater prevents snow accumulation and ice formation, ensuring accurate measurements in all environments, including cold regions. Complies with MIL standards (ice and freezing rain tests). - Output options include insulated outputs RS232C, RS485, RS422 (NMEA, Modbus-RTU, ASCII proprietary protocol) or SDI-12. Additionally, three analog outputs for wind direction and speed, or coordinate components U-V-W can be obtained if needed. - The housing made of AISI316 guarantees protection and durability. It is ideal for marine environments as it withstands the most severe atmospheric conditions without concerns of corrosion or wear due to its corrosion resistance. Fully compliant with MIL standards (salt spray test). - One of its features, the barometric sensor and tilt/roll sensor, monitor deviations from the vertical axis, continuously ensuring accuracy.
